Missional Projects and Events

Each cohort plans a missional initiative or event to share the hope of Jesus in tangible and creative ways.

Worship and Prayer Nights

We host worship and prayer nights to invite young adults into a deeper relationship with Jesus and calling in His mission.

Pathways

Leadership Community and Groups

Our leadership community meets seasonally (Fall, Winter, and Summer) for discipleship training and leadership development. Each season, leaders are in a “micro-group” to pray and process monthly discipleship challenges.

Each season, the leadership community:

  • Meets monthly for dinner, leadership training, worship, and prayer.

  • Engages monthly challenges and curriculum to sharpen Biblical knowledge and leadership skills.

  • Meets twice a month with a group of 3-5 to deepen spiritual formation.

  • Plans a project or initiative to impact their generation with the Gospel.

  • Serve in a ministry to reach young adults and build up their local church.
